적용 COP 오일 여과기는 사용한 식용유, 더러운 식물성 기름, 도랑유, 플러싱 오일 및 동물성 기름 등을 필터링하는 데 특별히 사용됩니다. 사용된 오일에서 입자, 냄새, 물, 산, 알코올 등을 효과적이고 완벽하게 제거합니다. 처리된 오일은 깨끗하고 투명하며 좋은 냄새가 납니다. COP는 튀김공장, 기름전문점, 식용유공장, 식물성 기름공장, 폐유수거창고 등을 청소하는데 적합한 기계입니다. 처리된 오일의 용도에 따라 다양한 기계 본체를 선택할 수 있습니다. 식용으로 사용하려면 스테인리스 스틸 케이스를 선택하는 것이 좋습니다. 산업용으로 사용하려면 강철-탄소 하우징을 선택하는 것이 좋습니다. 작업장에 따라 스키드형과 이동식(공기압 타이어가 장착된 트레일러)을 권장합니다. 특징 1. 이 시스템은 두 부분으로 구성됩니다. 하나는 프레스 필터이고 다른 하나는 진공 오일 정화 시스템입니다. 프레스 필터는 크고 작은 불순물을 제거할 수 있습니다. 청소의 정밀도는 1 마이크로에 도달할 수 있습니다. 진공 시스템에는 3가지 필터 단계(1차 필터, 대량 수분 분리기, 미세 필터)가 장착되어 있습니다. 전체 공정은 진공 상태에서 진행됩니다. 2. 1차 필터는 녹슬지 않고 부식에 강한 스테인레스 스틸로 만들어졌습니다. 주로 프레스 필터에서 빠져나가는 잔류 불순물을 제거하고 오일이 수분 분리기와 진공 분리기로 들어갈 때 불순물이 없는지 확인합니다.3. 수분 분리기에는 특수 필터가 장착되어 있습니다. 주로 기름에서 대량의 물을 제거합니다. 왜냐하면 사용한 식용유에는 일반적으로 항상 많은 양의 물이 포함되어 있기 때문에 기름에서 대량의 물을 제거해야 합니다. 수분 분리기 이후 오일에는 소량의 물과 용해성 물만 포함됩니다. 4. 수분 분리기 공정 후 오일은 3차원 이중 증발 및 필름 증발을 채택하는 진공 분리기로 들어갑니다. 오일의 성질을 보호하기 위해서는 오일 온도가 80°C 이하인 것이 좋습니다. 당사 기계는 진공 및 저압 조건에서 작동하므로 오일을 100°C까지 가열할 필요가 없습니다. 일반적으로 오일을 45°C까지 가열하면 미세한 물, 용해성 물, 산, 알코올 및 기타 휘발성 액체 등을 완전하고 효과적으로 제거할 수 있습니다. 5. 미세 필터에는 스테인레스 스틸 필터가 장착되어 있으며 청소 구멍이 1 마이크로 미만이므로 오일이 완전히 깨끗하고 불순물이 없는지 확인할 수 있습니다. 기술적인 매개변수
